I’ve been fascinated from photography since a young age, but never got into it as a formal profession. I consider it a serious hobby that I enjoy… There’s nothing quite like getting up at 4 in the morning to go take pictures of flowers and landscapes under a beautiful sunrise. Or sleeping in until 5am and strapping on snowshoes to hike into the back country… Or, as Gregg and I did in December of 2009, walk outside at night into 12 degree weather with cameras and a floodlight to “paint the Steamboat Barn with light… “  Now that was a cold trip…

Portfolio – I’ve posted some of my favorite pictures (available for sale) in a Formal Portfolio on my website.

Albums – I used to post a lot of my raw, unprocessed (and “reduced for Web” quality) pictures to my Albums Gallery for sharing, But lately, I’m using simple “galleries” built into Wordpress to host them. They’re available by clicking on the “Photo Albums” tag in the right-column. Eventually all the “albums” will be moved to WordPress articles, while the Portfolio will get a LONG OVERDUE update.
