  There is a discrepancy in birthdates. The 1900 census states Francis' bd as Nov 1899, yet the census was taken 22 June 1900 and it states he was 3/12 months old. Loraine Frost's record gives his bd as Nov 1901. The California Death Index lists his Birthdate as 10 Nov 1899.
